Use of premises
It is forbidden to play on the aisles (ball games, pétanque). Not only lands of pétanque but also a football field are at your disposal. Respect the speed limit of 10 km/h inside the campsite. Vehicle traffic is prohibited after the entrance gate has been closed. Wood-fired and charcoal barbecues are prohibited by prefectural decree.
Use of the swimming pool and its garden
The swimming pool can pose a serious danger. Drowning can happen very quickly. Children require your supervision at all times, even if they know how to swim. Therefore, the presence of a parent or responsible adult is essential when the pool is open. For hygiene reasons, showers and footbaths are mandatory. Dogs are prohibited in the pool garden and around the pool. For safety and insurance reasons, the swimming area is only accessible to guests staying at least one night at the campsite. Monplaisir.
Visitors strictly prohibited
For insurance and security reasons, access to the campsite is strictly reserved for people who have duly reserved a pitch or accommodation and registered at reception. Consequently, the presence of outside visitors is strictly prohibited throughout the campsite. Any unregistered and unauthorized person will be considered a trespasser and may be subject to immediate expulsion.
Locations
Pitches are available from 15 p.m. and must be vacated by 12 p.m. If the number of people exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional tenants or to terminate the contract. The lessee formally acknowledges that the maximum occupancy of a pitch cannot exceed 6 people. Only one vehicle is allowed on the rented pitch. They are prohibited on unoccupied neighboring sites or on access roads. If necessary, you can use paid day parking. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per pitch. To reduce noise pollution, mobile air conditioners are prohibited. Only silent roof air conditioners are tolerated.
Accommodation
The arrival and departure days for the accommodations are Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Arrivals are from 16 p.m. while departures are before 10 a.m. The tenant will ensure the peaceful nature of the premises. Without subscribing to the "End of stay cleaning" option, he undertakes to return the accommodation as clean as he found it upon arrival. He will have a penalty of €70 if this is not the case for cleaning costs. Each accommodation contains the necessary kitchen and table equipment listed in the online inventory. The rental of bed sheets as well as bathroom linen can be taken as paid options. The tenant must report any anomaly on the day of his arrival. The owner or his representative will make an inventory at the end of the rental.
The number of people per accommodation is limited to 5 for insurance reasons. The owner has the right to break the contract if the number of tenants exceeds the authorized number and without prior agreement. If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the rental contract, the contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The rental amount remains with the owner. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Booking conditions
All reservations are subject to validation by the campsite. Monplaisir, subject to receipt of the deposit and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online. If the campsite does not respond within 48 hours of the request, the reservation is automatically confirmed. In the event of unavailability or non-compliance with our reception conditions (tourist stay only, number of people, type of facility, etc.), the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation within this period. In this case, no fees will be applied and any amount paid will be fully refunded.
The Campsite Monplaisir is dedicated exclusively to tourism. Our accommodations and pitches are specially designed for this purpose; any reservation made in another context (business trip, temporary accommodation, etc.) may be refused.
Reservations for multiple pitches for family or friends gatherings are limited to a maximum of two pitches. Beyond this number, the campsite reserves the right to refuse the request.
You may not sublet accommodation or transfer your reservation without the prior written consent of the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The tenant agrees to leave the accommodation or location on the date specified in the reservation.
In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the campsite as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
The price is calculated per night, from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m., according to the applicable price list. Prices are subject to change. Camping Monplaisir has the right to change prices at any time. Stays are invoiced on the basis of the rates applicable on the day of booking. For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the payment of the deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay confirms the reservation. The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay at the Monplaisir. Of course, if the customer has not paid the balance before this date, the Monplaisir reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the accommodation for rent again.
Cancellation
No refund is possible without the cancellation guarantee Monplaisir. It is strongly advised to take out insurance with your bank or insurer.
At the time of your reservation, you can subscribe to the Cancellation Guarantee of the Monplaisir. In case of cancellation, with this option, you can cancel your stay for any reason without proof. On simple request, the Cancellation Guarantee of the Monplaisir quickly reimburses you the sums paid after deducting the amount of the guarantee as well as the administration fees. The Cancellation Guarantee Monplaisir covers you until the day before your arrival. The campsite Monplaisir reserves the right to re-let the space as soon as it is vacated.
Modification
No modification or postponement possible. Failing any modification, the customer must make his stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it according to the cancellation conditions. You have subscribed to the Cancellation Guarantee for Monplaisir, you can modify it up to the day before your arrival depending on availability. The campsite Monplaisir reserves the right to re-let the space as soon as it is vacated.
Interruption
Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer will not give rise to a refund or a voucher. Cancellation Guarantee Monplaisir does not cover interruption of stay. The campsite Monplaisir reserves the right to re-let the space as soon as it is vacated.
Tourist tax
From January 1, 2023, the regional tourist tax is €0,86 per person from 18 years old and per night. The community "communité de commune vallée des Baux" collects this tax and can also change the price at any time. The amount of the tourist tax indicated on any reservation is therefore subject to change.
Absence of the client during the stay
In the event of the customer's absence for at least one night during the reserved period, the customer undertakes to inform the campsite reception in advance. In the absence of this information, and in order to avoid the maintenance of unoccupied pitches, the Campsite Monplaisir reserves the right to re-let the location after a period of 24 hours following the start of the observed absence, without any compensation or reimbursement being able to be claimed by the customer.
Animals
Pets kept on a leash (maximum 2) are accepted. They must present their vaccination certificates. It is forbidden to leave animals alone on the pitches or in the accommodation. In addition, only one dog under 10kg is allowed in the accommodations.

By accepting the general conditions of sale, the customer authorizes the Monplaisir to photograph or film it for free during his stay as well as to use the photos, videos or sounds for a period of 5 years. This authorization also applies to all persons staying with the client. Its purpose is to ensure promotion, mainly on its site, its brochure, Facebook, Instagram but also on tourist guides.

Responsability
The company declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, damage to property or vehicles, as well as in the event of an accident relating to the civil liability of the customer or another customer.
