The biodiversity

The variety of plants throughout the property is a thoughtful choice for the environment. The plants are local, require little water and are easy to maintain. 

The recycling

Green waste is crushed and then used in a wine estate in Saint Rémy de Provence. Your food waste is composted and feeds the hens of the Monplaisir.

Education

Discovering the life of the henhouse, the eggs are offered to the children during the traditional tractor ride which takes place once a week in high season.

The Short Circuit

You will find many regional products in our shop: the sale of fruits & vegetables from the local market, and artisanal products from the region as much as possible. 

The Solar Farm

The installation of photovoltaic panels for clean energy makes it possible to produce part of our electricity.

The Water Fountain

A fresh water fountain is available all year round at the bar. You can fill your water bottles there and avoid buying plastic bottles.

Bulk local wine

Reuse your bottles to help yourself from the barrel. Wine sale Alpilles in bulk red, rosé and white.

Pesticide Free

Zero Phyto. We do not use any pesticides. The maintenance of chemins is done by mechanical clearing and manual weeding. 

The compost serves as fertilizer.

Steps towards an Organic Campsite

New website towards an eco-design. Limited paper printing, door contactor for the air conditioning of rentals, wired fiber wifi network throughout the campsite to limit waves, vehicle charging station, selective sorting.
